I, Jaime G., was charged with two felonies Penal Code Section 288(a) and 288(c)(1). My attorney Tanya Moore worked very hard to help me. It took awhile and I paid her a lot of money. But it was all worth it because she was able to dismiss all charges against me. My name is cleared now and I am happy. I owe everything to Tanya. Thank you very much.

Thank you! You really helped me when I needed it most. I will tell anyone that Moore Law firm is a lifesaver. I really appreciate the way your Attorneys fought for me against the prosecutors. You can't imagine how much this meant to me at this point in my life. You took a bad situation and turned it around. You know, the the police showed up at my house and my wife and I could not believe how they turned a domestic argument into a Felony Domestic Violence charge. The police report looked ugly and that criminal court was a scary place. Man, when it sunk in that they were serious about convicting me of a Felony and talking jail, I was sure glad I had your law firm there with me. You would not back down and any conviction would have ruined my life. Everybody knew you were the real dael and I was thrilled when you finally got them to dismiss all the charges. I got to keep my good name and my professional license.

Dear Randy:

I was told if my lawyer was the best, my hand should tremble as I wrote checks to him. I believed it . . . I was expecting it. After this past Thursday’s sentencing there is not a more gratifying payment to make than to the man who truly is the best DUI counsel I have experienced to date – you. I have been through three attorneys over the past four years, all representing my inadequacies and poor judgments, none of which made any material progress with the judicial system beyond the statutory requirements of my charges at that time. I landed in your office at the end of the line, hopeless and through with my situation. . . not to mention only a week before being sentenced to one year in our illustrious county facilities. You met my situations with a genuine respect for me as a human being, a true concern for the most beneficial sentencing considering my circumstances, and immediate, tangible information as to why we were heading the road we were heading each step of the way. Dear Mr. Moore:

First let me say, "Thank You", from the bottom of my heart. Due to your superior legal skills, I was able to prevail through the most difficult time of my life. I realize that I was very hard to work with, and I want to apologize for the inconvenience. I know that in particular you were frustrated with me the date of sentencing, and that is why I am writing instead of calling. To explain myself I would like to comment that obviously I had never been in that sort of situation before, and I didn't know what to expect. I had ideas about my defense that seemed logical to me that you didn't think were good, and I did not understand why. I guess that is why you are the lawyer and I'm not.

At any rate, let me say that your reputation as a winner is well deserved. Your wit in the courtroom and knowledge of the law was unparalleled in that courtroom. I will recommend you to any of my friends or acquaintances should they ever find themselves in the same plight. Don't worry though; none of them will be as big a pain-in-the-ass as I am. Jen and I wish you many thanks and Happy Holidays. Please send my gratitude to Tanya. She was a big help and calming influence on me.

We thought maybe you and Tanya would like to hear a progress report on us. We moved 2 1/2 years ago to a ranch on the Sacramento Delta. We have put together a Gallery featuring paintings, jewelry and killer toys in the town of Ryde, California, right on Sacramento River. You may know it from the infamous Ryde Hotel or the Grand Island Mansion.

We've had the Gallery open for 15 months now. We saw you on T.V. recently!!! We often think of you and hope this finds both of you and your family healthy, happy, and doing very well.
